Hiring and Training Workforce

INPHOG strengthens research capacity by placing dedicated Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) within member institutions. To date, 36 CRCs have been supported across the network to facilitate study implementation, informed participation, high-quality data collection, and long-term patient follow-up. They work closely with clinicians, patients, and families while receiving continuous training and mentorship through annual workshops, regular monitoring, and ongoing guidance from biostatisticians and study teams. This collaborative learning ecosystem strengthens research capacity across hospitals, enabling multicentre studies that generate India-specific evidence and inform standardized, evidence-based care for children with cancer and blood disorders across India.
